AMIS TRAINING WORKSHOP
INVITATION TO GTEC AMIS TRAINING FOR ALL HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS
Dear Heads of Departments,
I write to inform all Heads of Departments that the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC), in collaboration with the Quality Assurance and Planning Office (QAPO), KNUST, is organizing a training workshop on the Accreditation Management Information System (AMIS).
This training forms part of GTEC’s initiative to transition from the manual accreditation process to a fully digital platform designed to streamline institutional processes and enhance efficiency across all tertiary institutions in Ghana.
The workshop is intended to equip all Heads of Departments with the requisite skills to effectively use the AMIS software, thereby facilitating the accreditation process and ensuring smooth engagement with the new digital platform.

8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Participants: COS, CABE, COE & COHSS
12:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Participants: CHS, CANR & Obuasi
You are kindly requested to nominate one staff member from your department who will be responsible for working on the AMIS platform.
