The Department shall be responsible for the following, among others:
- Staff Performance Evaluation;
- Develop appropriate Performance Appraisal Mechanisms for all categories of staff;
- Evaluation of Performance and Service Delivery across the University;
- Carry out Needs Assessment of various Units in the University;
- Facilitate the conduct of Tracer Studies by departments and faculties;
- Conduct Exit Polls for Staff and Students; and,
- Undertake periodic Evaluation of University Policies and Strategies for Institutional Transformation.
