How to Get Your Admission Data Uploaded on the NoFeesStress Portal

Many students are encountering "Your admission data is yet to be uploaded" error on the SLTF NoFeesStress portal. Here is a clear, step-by-step guide to resolve this and complete your application successfully.

âš  Important Notice

Your admission data does not reach the NoFeesStress portal automatically. You must first submit your Ghana Card details through the KNUST Ghana Card Update portal. Without this step, the SLTF system cannot verify your eligibility and your application cannot proceed.

If you are an undergraduate fresher and have been trying to access the No Academic Fees Application at https://nofeesstress.sltf.gov.gh/ but keep seeing an error saying your admission data has not been loaded — you are not alone. QAPO has received hundreds of such complaints and has identified the exact cause and solution.

Please follow all five steps below in order. Skipping a step is the most common reason students remain stuck.

Complete each step before moving to the next. Most students are stuck at Step 1.

Upload Your Ghana Card on the KNUST Student Portal
Log in to the KNUST Ghana Card Update portal via https://web.knust.edu.gh/nfs/. Upload a clear photo of both the front and back of your Ghana Card and type your Ghana Card number. This is done on KNUST's own platform, which is separate from the NoFeesStress portal.

KNUST will forward your verified details to SLTF in a batch upload. This is not instant — it may take 24 to 48 hours after your submission.
Already uploaded? If you uploaded your Ghana Card but still see the error after the weekend, continue to Step 2.

Verify Your Ghana Card Number Is Correct
Log back in to the KNUST Ghana Card Update portal and confirm that the Ghana Card number you entered is exactly correct, including all hyphens (e.g. GHA-XXXXXXXXX-X). A single wrong digit will prevent SLTF from matching your record.

If you spot a mistake, correct it and wait for the next batch sync before trying the NoFeesStress portal again.

Wait for the Batch Sync, Then Try the NoFeesStress Portal
After 24 hours, go to nofeestress.sltf.gov.gh, enter your Ghana Card number and check if your data has loaded. If the error persists, proceed to Step 4.
Tip: Do not attempt to apply repeatedly in quick succession. The data must be updated by KNUST on the backend first — repeated attempts do not speed this up.

Submit a Complaint to QAPO If the Problem Persists
If you have completed Steps 1–3 and still cannot access the portal, submit a complaint through the QAPO MIS Helpdesk using the form at the bottom of this page. Include the following:
  • Your full name as registered on the KNUST system
  • Your student ID / portal username
  • Your department and programme
  • Your active phone number
  • The exact error message you see on the portal
  • The date you uploaded your Ghana Card on the KNUST portal

Complete Your NoFeesStress Application
Once your data is confirmed as uploaded, log in to nofeestress.sltf.gov.gh and complete the full application.
